After 15 years running technology teams and studios — across finance software, ERP, and marketing automation — I started Creating Lines to do this the right way: real systems, not hype. AI isn’t magic. It’s another tool in the engineering toolkit. The question isn’t “Can AI help?” It’s “Where does AI make sense, and how do we integrate it responsibly?”
Our process
A Practical, Engineering-First Approach
No jargon. No buzzwords. Just clear steps that make sense.
Step 01.
Discovery call One conversation about what you sell, who buys it, and what is actually in the way. You leave with a straight answer on whether we are the right fit — including when we are not.
Step 02.
Scope and estimate We write down what is being built, what is deliberately not, and what it costs. Anything that changes later is re-priced in writing rather than absorbed quietly and resented later.
Step 03.
Review in the browser Work goes on a real staging URL in the first week, not into flat mockups. You check it on your own phone while it can still change, rather than approving a picture of it.
Step 04.
Build in passes Short passes with the staging link always current. Analytics and conversion tracking go in during the build, so launch day is not the first time anything gets measured.
Step 05.
Launch properly Migration, redirects, DNS and Search Console are ours to handle. Every page renders server-side and every deep link resolves — the part most rebuilds quietly get wrong.
Step 06.
Aftercare A fixed window of fixes included after launch, then a support plan or nothing at all. No retainer you cannot leave, and no work you did not ask for.
